I don't have much faith in Ookla (tested on my iPad). Testmy or ThinkBroadband with a stopwatch seem more realistic. |

 | reply to Cap2010 I don't seem to be able to copy and paste the purdy picture of the results in here but, this is what I got this afternoon:
Ping = 84ms Down = 5.54 Up = .18
Jetpack says connected at 4g but ... I don't think so. It bounces some so we'll see if it stabilizes after we are able to hook up to the directional antenna tomorrow. |

I just upgraded from the 3G advanced plan to the 3G/4G hotspot plan today and I'm loving life. Brand new tower with brand new fiber backhaul. Verizon doesn't even have it listed as having gone live, but it is. |

Speed is with antenna and amp. |
|
 | Do you people reach your 20GB limit every month on the Verizon hotspot plan? Those are impressive speeds and I can imagine streaming hd videos would be very tempting. How easy is it to track your usage? |

Only have 3G with my hotspot for now. Been able to get ping times in the 90s with this on some instances, which is surprising for me since the best I could get with my old 3G Advanced plan was around 110ish. |
