| I Was Told I am Locked In To A Price I was put on a promotion for a year, 4 months ago. I was told that price was locked in for a year if I didnt change anything to my services.
So come January's bill, I will be paying $3.00 more a month than what they said my bill would be 4 months ago.
How the hell they get away with that? (I know it isn't just Comcast)
It flat out is wrong. You are told something and agree upon with a yearly contract, and months later they change the contract (far as I'm concerned) Total BS!
Business's get away with so much now a days.
