<description><![CDATA[MartinM posted : Grand Total, The problem was already submitted to our premium provider. I apologize sincerely if it took some time for your issue. <br><br>Anyway, today they fixed it the one route to UK that was broken (Not all destinations were), and I had a meeting with our route guy and we added an extra backup route on the premium routing. I also asked to make routing issues an "emergency" priority.  <br><br>If tickets start to get posted here periodically, we'll basically have to get out of the forum again.
