I was a loyal customer through their DOS problem, where they were out of service for a couple of weeks or so. I stuck with them through the Hurricane Sandy problem for a week or so, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, what happened yesterday caused me to immediately cancel my service and go with another service. These guys have no idea what good customer service is about. In their mind, the customer is the problem, not their service. My advice, AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are total jerks and will be broke in a year. Good riddance CallCentric!
