802.11 transmits with the power of a 9volt transistor battery.
Read also that microwave ovens are also stated as causing problems. Microwave ovens are at 900watts and above.
Put things into perspective 9volt battery vs. 900 micowave oven.

If your high tech. equipment can be interfered with by 9v transistor battery - well that does not speak well for the receiving equipment.
