They tell me replacing the box won't work since they show that their signals are going through to it. I get the same message when I use HDMI cables as I do when I use R/Y/W AV cables, so I'm skeptical that this isn't just the box. They also say I have to wait until 1/14 for someone to come look at it. Absolutely ridiculous Mediacom, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
