I purchased a Verizon 4620LE from Millenicom two weeks ago. I originally had the advanced plan. I asked Millenicom personnel to place the advanced plan on vacation hold on January 1, 2013, they must of gotten confused.
While I was traveling home around 2:00 PM from visiting family a hundred miles from here, Millenicom personnel disconnected the hotspot. I contacted Millenicom about three hours ago and asked them to restore service to the hotspot. I was advised it might take about an hour. Service has not yet been restore. How long should it take to restore service.
They did the same thing to me when I got the hotspot. Had to wait til the next day to get mine running again. I believe verizon has to re-authenticate it on the network. Or so I was told when I called back. Guess no one that does this at verizon works the night shift. Plus today was a holiday and all. Tomorrow I'd guess.
