[TWC] Roadrunner Charlotte Metro issues?

Anyone else in the Charlotte metro area experiencing some high latency this evening? My download speeds are junk as well. Upload is good. Modem stats are fine..

It's odd, latency to anything within about 200 miles...after that its all good? That make any sense?
