Dearborn Heights, MI | WOW phone lines  Tried calling WOW and lines are busy. Has anyone had luck getting through to them about the cable problems and reception? About a week ago the stations had kept going out on my set, the girl tried telling me I had cable line problems. |

| same problem here in Dearborn Heights, MI...the last couple nites the reception has been bad! I tried calling several times, and can't get through (busy, busy, every time I tried).
I even tried to email them on the WOW website and pages wouldn't load! |

I am glad I switched to Comcast, they maybe more expensive but it is worth it no one complains about in the house which makes me happy. It seems that WOW maybe on a steep downfall to the out of business. |
