Nimh @rcn.com	[Connectivity] Packet Loss - Chicago I'm experiencing packet loss playing multiple online games. In addition i have been running ping plotter against various sites (google, ping plotter, SWTOR) and so far i can say that i am getting packet loss on the following hops: 10.20.32.1 - bdl1.stk-ubr1.chi-stk.il.cable.rcn.net 20+ % average 207.229.191.131 - vl80.aggr2.chgo.il.rcn.net - 20% + average Sometimes there are periods where there is a total loss of service and everything stops. Does anyone know how to get in contact with someone knowledgeable at RCN who can work with me on this? Going through the typical call center is a waste of time usually and involves me having to wait for someone to come out.
