I had a few questions. For the Internet speed package upgrade, and the TV downgrade - do they need to send a tech? I'm hoping not.

I think, although I'm not certain, that I have a GPON ONT. I'm in an MDU, but each apt has their own fiber line and ONT.

I'm connected to the ONT via coax, which goes to a splitter, and then to my FIOS router (rev F maybe? maybe G? def. not I), and to the HD set-top box.

My other question is, do they need to have a human "push buttons" to enable the switchover in services? Because my "activation date" is weds.
