[Qwest] Limiting upload speed on C1000Z or router with DDWRT?

Okay, so here's my problem. I only have 896k upload even though im on VDSL2 since my node has not been completely upgraded yet, so when me or my room mate (Two Mac and one PC desktop used as media center) are uploading anything, the download speed pretty much stalls out. I'm on the 20Mbps/896kbps speed

Is there any way i can tell the router to limit uploads to say 512k? I have the crummy C1000Z they sent me (and did not charge me for, so i keep it as backup), and my Q100 that's doing a Transparent Bridge with PPoE to my TP-LINK router with DD-WRT on it, although i do not see any settings in the router to limit such things.

Any suggestions i can do on the router side until i can get at least 5Mbps up?

Thanks!

Never mind found it under the QoS setting, in DD-WRT. Working like a champ
