This reset will delete all macros and keymoves and reset device codes to defaults.
1.Press and hold the "Setup" key until a device key blinks twice.
2.Type in the code 981.
3.If successful, a device key will blink FOUR times.
If that doesn't work, call Comcast and ask for a "Full Reset." When Comcast does that, your box will turn off as it resets.

| Thanks for the instructions. I tried a different remote and it didnt help. I scheduled a service call for tomorrow for them to replace the box. |
