Hmmm, couldn't say; don't have enough information. If you want to send me a PM with your account info I could have a tech look into it, but off the tip of my brain I'd suspect some local physical phenomenon, as that's a very precise period of downtime. In other, similar cases, we've seen things like sprinkler systems turning on at a pre-set time each day, or large corporations like banks burst-transmitting their daily transmissions at close of business and overloading the circuit briefly... but those usually don't knock the circuit offline for exactly one hour (start time is consistent, duration is not). When you lose your connection, does the "DSL" light on the modem start blinking, or does it remain steady?
