| some observations Anyone who has had Hughes Net has had DNS errors, currently on my 7000s there has not been a lot of them lately, only a small percentage that have been resolved by refreshing the page. My primary browser is chrome, but has been experimenting with Opera. Pages with .org and Hotmail have had the most problems with DNS using chrome. When I use opera to open the same web sites there are no DNS errors. I need to test this when there are major DNS problems (hopefully this will not happen). Just an observation that I thought I might pass on. I run four browsers currently and rate the speed that web sites open; right now it is Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. |
