Re: [Rant] tek savvey ruined xmas Was it cable or DSL? Either way, they can confirm based on info they get from the cable or DSL provider, but once the order is placed, Bell (DSL) or Rogers (I think) can deny a provision for your area. Nothing they can do about it.
