[Need Info] Which carriers support/allow unlocked smart phones
I'm considering a smartphone for us to use for gasbuddy, maps, logmein etc, but the volumes of information in the major provider web sites either don't have or have buried information on unlocked phones and plans.
Would anyone have information or web sites that list which carriers have plans that allow unlocked phones and/or no-contract plans?
Another question is where/how to find out whose networks some of the second and third tier companies use.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: [Need Info] Which carriers support/allow unlocked smart phon
ATT and T-Mobile for the U.S as they are GSM
And companies that use their network for pre-paid services.. Straight talk, net10 etc.
I found the key to success but somebody changed the lock.
