Im looking for a replacement lift cylinder for Style@Work by ThomasvilleŽ Carlton Big & Tall Bonded Leather Executive Chair, 48"H x 22 1/4"W x 22"D, Espresso/Versailles Cherry

Writing Thomasville gets nothing (mostly a form letter about contacting seller).

So has anyone found a reliable source and used one to fix their chairs. These seem to be the weak spot on all office chairs.
