[TWC] How things have changed
Just over a week ago we upgraded to Time-Warner ultimate 50/5 service. In the past provisioning a modem has been an hours long process that involved multiple phone calls with multiple support persons. This time I spoke with a pleasant English speaking support person, obviously within the U.s. who had me up and running in minutes. "Is the modem connected and what's it's MAC address" were her questions. Her next statement was go to a web page and see if it's working. It was and at the advertised speeds. I'm astounded. Good work Time-Warner!
