[Northeast] How long does it take to do a non-tech upgrade?

Ordered FIOS 75/35 on Jan 1. Given an "install date" of Jan 3.

It's Jan 3, and I still don't have my upgrade. Do I need to manually reset my ONT? I would think that they could cycle the ONT remotely.

I tried rebooting my router, no change observed in speedtests.

It's still Jan 3 (unless U live in Australia) and I know when I had my upgrade last year it was completed, by the date they gave me, before business closing time (6pm).

You do not need to reboot anything for the speed changes to take effect. They don't even need to reboot the ONT for your changes to take effect, its a software switch that will, once applied, immediately take effect.

I stayed up until 1:30am, but I didn't get the upgrade.

When I woke up at 8am, I had the upgrade.

The FIOS extra-speed Fairy must have come during the night.

Anyways, the fastest I can get wirelessly from the FIOS router on my 2.4Ghz N150 laptop is 35Mbit/sec down.

On my wired PC, I get 84/34.

That's not a bad wireless speed. The rough approximation is to expect about half the speed of the stated wired connection, which I assume is 75 Mbps in your case.

I get 25 Mbps wired and about 18 wirelessly.
