<description><![CDATA[s1deout posted : Currently for prot pallys you should:<br><br>1. Cap hit / exp at 7.5%<br>2. Keep parry at 2 to 2.5 dodge<br>3. Gem stam still comfortable with your HP pool.<br>4. Get your secondary stats , mastery and haste up as well. <br>5. Use the stam /  2% armor meta gem<br><br>Currently Mastery will provide a constant TDR via HotR versus dodge so for your avoidance stats the order should be:<br><br>1. Parry <br>2. Mastery<br>3. Dodge<br><br>Dodge has a faster DR than parry does so that is why you value that over dodge.<br><br>In terms of TDR , armor has 100% uptime so that is why the stam / 2% armor meta gem is better for TDR. ]]></description>
