elec999 join:2005-12-19 Reviews: ·voip.ms ·Acanac	[Express] Rogers express being billed extreme price Last month I got switched to the express service with 300gb data and now got billed $119 for the extreme when I called them they said I'm on a one year contract and need to pay $20 to switch tiers. They can't find my case when I provided the number.

yyzlhr join:2012-09-03 Scarborough, ON kudos:1 Reviews: ·Rogers Hi-Speed	They will never provide you with the actual recording, they can however provide you with a transcript. No lawyer is required for this, you'll need to send a written request to the Rogers privacy officer. The turnaround time is approximately 30 days though. It's easier to just escalate it to the OOP though as they will often proactively review recordings.
