High packet loss tonight

interniet @bell.ca	High packet loss tonight Hi all, I'm seeing a lot of packet loss tonight on Bell's network after this node agg2-montreal02_ge0-0-2_143.net.bell.ca (64.230.203.197) Am I the only one?
