Running proaliants still has absolutely nothing to do with this. It could be a firewall/switch issue. Provide something directly to the modem with a laptop to provide some realistic data without possibility of hardware issues after the modem, it's the only truly way to tell. I would bet if you went directly to modem it works wonderfully. It's something after the modem, usually is.
