Work most of the time but when it don't work it just restart by itself
Power cable, tv in all plug in with hdmi
I have tried to take all off wait 10 min and still not working
Yesterday I waited one night with all unplug
This morning still not working
But the box works 90% of the time when I want to watch tv

| Probably time to call Verizon about the problem, although you might try component cables or a different HDMI cable connection first. |
