But they could totally port us over for all calling and LD, right? And just not if we go over our allowance.

I don't know what going over your allowance has to do with someone slamming your long distance service. I don't think that can move your local service over to a new company. Unless you have other carriers that serve your area.

I do know that before a change to another company can be made to my long distance service I have to notify Frontier. The company trying to or wanting me to accept their service cannot be the one to notify Frontier to switch my long distant service.
