That's nothing I sat for an hour and 47 minutes before someone picked up and she could barely speak English and got nothing accomplished.

yeah they can be pretty bad
the other day i called and i got transferred 4 times and then they sent me to the buisness class support by accident and then they restart the whole thing after that
ugh

then when I got someone, it was some sassy lady and the second I said I don't like their solution they asked if I wanted to cancel my service. I asked if I could talk to someone else and they said no.

those people need to get fired asap lol

The Minnesota service center has been closed and calls are going to service centers in Texas and Washington State. Currently most calls are going to outsourcers. Good luck.

I have been extremely lucky with Comcast CS to date, however, people are people...the good, the bad, and the ugly, eh? If I got someone like that, I would simply terminate the call and redial. Life is too short to deal with someone who is obviously having a bad day...

Not to let Comcast off the hook, but it is safe to say that the woman involved was not following any of Comcast's customer service guidelines.
