I asked if I could talk to someone else and they said no. those people need to get fired asap lol

If I got someone like that, I would simply terminate the call and redial. Life is too short to deal with someone who is obviously having a bad day... Not to let Comcast off the hook, but it is safe to say that the woman involved was not following any of Comcast's customer service guidelines. -- Deeds, not words
