I have been extremely lucky with Comcast CS to date, however, people are people...the good, the bad, and the ugly, eh? If I got someone like that, I would simply terminate the call and redial. Life is too short to deal with someone who is obviously having a bad day...
Not to let Comcast off the hook, but it is safe to say that the woman involved was not following any of Comcast's customer service guidelines.
