when I got someone, it was some sassy lady and the second I said I don't like their solution they asked if I wanted to cancel my service. I asked if I could talk to someone else and they said no.
Not to let Comcast off the hook, but it is safe to say that the woman involved was not following any of Comcast's customer service guidelines.
