Line Monitor Issue

I'm trying to set up line monitoring to join the Comcast Texas group but I'm not having any luck.
I followed the instructions in the FAQ by checking dynamic IP and filling out the identify line information but nothing is showing up in the results.
I know I am pingable (Tested it with line quality a few minutes ago to make 100% sure) I'm just unsure what else to do.
