OptimumOnline → Guide info keeps needing resetting

Does anyone know why this keeps happening. I keep losing the info on each channel and have to "reload" it. Thanks for any help.

Another bug with the new guide called Onyx. I notice if I'm watching a channel for a couple of hours, it'll take a bit for the guide info to show up.

I don't think I have the new guide yet. This happens every so often. Annoying.

Ever since my samsung box got the new guide the other night my sa box guide is working like crap and so is dvr plus.
