Re: [Bill] $1.99 change of service fee for returning equipment It makes sense that they would want to discourage frequent service changes, but charging long time customers who after no recent changes drop an outlet comes across as petty. Waving the charge if the account has been static for 6 months or a year would seem far more reasonable. Charging to drop services after announcing price increases would antagonize customers further, it just seems like a bad idea.
