[FL] New sb6121 and no bonded channels

I just purchased a SB6121 and have Premier Internet with COX.
For some reason I am not bonding any channels on downstream or upstream.
Any reason this could be?

A modem reboot got the bonded channels back but it appears you're going to have to reboot your router now.
