You tell them what you are seeing, a lot of packet loss. I have had issues like this in the past and the techs that came to my place understood what this is.

I hope he get's what packet loss is. The last guy could not even get what tethering with a cell phone is.

I hope they replace the modem, because I hate this ubee POS.

It's a combo router modem isn't it?

If so, log into it and turn off "IP Flood Protection" and "Port Scan Protection", then try again.

I don't know the log in. Oh well they are going to replace it any way or I will make them because the POS Needs to be rebooted almost every day.

Is there any way to just hack in the modem to see this stuff. I don't under stand why they had to lock it out to me. only they can log in to it. I have to trust there word on what ever they say about it, because they locked me out with the user name and password crap.
