Re: Dropping conntection very frequently
It has largely been my experience that I as a user am going to know more about diagnosing connectivity issues than your techs, based off of my experiences in the past few days.
I posted my issue here because I have a level of respect for the knowledge of my fellow users, but what the heck, I'll PM details.
FYI I am not flaming, I'm just relating my experiences exactly as they have happened and tbh after I was promised a tech would be out yesterday and he/she never showed up and did not bother calling I could care less about being accused of flaming/trolling/whatever the kids are calling it these days.
