Start Communications in Hamilton

Wondering if anyone in Hamilton has made the switch to Start, and what their experience has been like in terms of speed and reliability? Anyone near Sanford & Delaware? I'm looking at the 30/2 package, and the only thing I'm really concerned with is getting the advertised speeds reliably and consistently.

I'm not in Hamilton but I am way out in the sticks in Eastern Ontario on Cogeco and I get this..
