Had a tech just here. He said he'd venture a guess it was a bad "pin." One of the many phone techs also mentioned not being able to "see a pin." Not sure what that means but he said he'd look into getting me on a new pin Monday.
Good luck, I've been having the same issues and they keep saying it's either the pin or my router causing the issue because the modem was in bridge mode, now it's dropping multiple times an hour out of bridge mode and they keep throwing modems at me and saying its the pin which was just changed Christmas Eve. Finally got a tech on the phone tonight that said it was due to the systems being overloaded and the latency causing the drops.
Well we are still dropping connection, albeit at a reduced rate. I've had several runs of 9+ hours of constant connectivity since they swapped the pin, which is a drastic improvement. That said I am still dropping connection at least once an hour during peak hours.
I'm going to stop complaining as I see everyone else is in the same boat.
We'll just use this for the time being and on payday we'll go buy our own modem/router and switch to cable.
