Finally made it over to Little Daddy's Gumbo Bar in League City.

My wife and I split the large bowl for $10.99 and it was great.

I have eaten gumbo all over Louisiana and this ranks up there with the best. They use a process called "steam kettle cooking".

On 646, east of I45 right by Five Guys Hamburger.

Be sure and try Jimmy Changas. It is down Walker also. On the right just before Best Buy.
