Canton, GA - Nightly Outage with same symptoms
Canton, GA Windstream Customers are losing connection nightly due to a bad piece of equipment that has not been replaced (per the customer service phone representative). I have reported this issue online (here) and via telephone technical support on several occasions and the problem still exists.
The phone tech told me that the techs have just placed a "band-aid"on the problem instead for repairing it permanently.
I have requested the direct telephone number of the manager of the Windstream Technical Operations Manager for our area. It is obvious that I need to speak to someone who has the ability to correct this issue permanently. If I operated a business like this, I would be out of business.
They aren't going to care. We have been told twice this week on this very forum that "parts have been replaced" and clearly we are just getting the run around. Let us know if you get the number because I'd like to voice my complaints as well.

They have been "replacing parts" in Jefferson for years.
When they came up with that line I don't think they imagined all the
Customers would be online comparing notes. Typing on tiny 4g phone. Sorry for typos.
There have been alot of outages...too consistant ...I can start a ping at 8pm EST and by 8:30 I start having packet drops, then I lose the Windstream DNS and then it comes back after about 30 mins to an hour.
