This game is awesome, I've been killing goblins and dragons for loots. It takes some time to get used to it but its totally worth it. |

I find a forest path that just goes north forever. If I stray off it, it tells me I'm going to die. I found a cave and spent twenty minutes wandering around the cave and randomly came back out on to the path.  |

What level are you? If you can hit 20 in the newbie area, I can get you into a clan with the clan board that has directions to every area. Wandering will get you lost.

Oh man, this brings back memories. I used to play a MUD in college called Mirkwood. I was totally and hopelessly addicted. None of the modern graphical games have that type of pull. You had to use your brain to imagine....not just stare at someone else's art. Along with all of the customization that was possible, the RP, and the social aspect (which seemed stronger in those type of games). I kind of miss that place. |

Back in the old days, you have to roll out a character and that took some time.
Now, you start off in a character creation area. Be sure to read everything thoroughly before you move on. Once your character is created, you're dumped into the newbie area until level 20. |

Working a little better now. This dragon is frickin' cheating. I keep hitting him with regular attacks and he goes down to Trashed and then back up to Groovy with no healing.
Fireball did the trick though. |

If you want to try a Mud, then go to www.medievia.com. I played there in the mid to late 90's and it is still around. Hands down best mud out there. |
