It's pathetic that I even have to ask for this. I know when I requested the 12g line they never said there were problems in my area, they just accepted my order and were perfectly happy collecting my money even though I can't even reach 1g of service, more like 600mb.
wow, you only pay 47.00 (smh) i'm getting ripped.. they give me a 10.00 credit and i still end up paying around 70.00 a month for internet i can't use..
