Re: constant DC when trying to download Call them and get to them to check your lines. It took about 7 months for them to finally walk my phone lines to find the problem when I was having that same issue. I actually had to contact Jeff Gardner before they'd actually do it. But if you're hearing a crackle on the phone, that's most probably it. |

 | reply to Furydeath Well we got some more rain tonight so probably be out all night again and we'll see about calling more. |

Thanks for the replay, tho as for last night it was good during the "freezing" rain but once it's turned to normal rain, lol |
|
 | reply to Furydeath Well it's not a DC but when it takes 5 mins for the test to run you kinda know it wont end well.

| said by Furydeath:hmm another day of rain wonder what's gonna happen. . . Do you by chance live under a waterfall? Seems like you're always getting rained on LOL. In all seriousness, you really need to get a tech to check those lines out especially when it is raining. Curious to see what your SNR/Attn looks like. -- WS is all about Money Talks, BS Walks. The customer gets screwed from both directions (billed and taxed) so the C-Level riffraff get the tailored suits, chauffeured cars, fine hotels and big cigars. Newsflash: Network is still broke! |

 | reply to Furydeath Well it is Ohio lol. It's going slow right now so not sure what will happen later on. |

It's been a little more of a battle than I expected getting caught up. You will notice increased pings, and some forced drops while the test is running. I will let the program run for 12-24 hours. TTY tomorrow.

30 mins to load 10 min video and that's not even half of it. |
|
 | reply to Furydeath Sure does take a long time to loan one youtube video. |
|
 | reply to Furydeath So did that test ever turn out anything? |
|
 | reply to Furydeath
That's some mighty down load, no it's not raining but it was snowing so that might count. |
