Re: [DVR] missing audio

The Actiontec revision is unlikely to have any bearing on audio dropouts between a STB and a DVR. The playback is going over MOCA and not through the router.

It would be useful, however, to check the MOCA LAN stats.

TV2 is connected to DVR2 in Room 2. Playing back a show recorded on DVR1 in Room 1.

Router firmware is 40.19.36. Model is MI424WR-GEN3I

MOCA stats show ONT Router as 252.72 and Router ONT as 252.56

Why are the above important when watching a recorded show? They refer to speed between ONT and router. ONT is not involved in watching a recorded show, is it?

What are the coax stats for the two DVRs?

Those are MOCA WAN stats. We're not interested in those.

Follow the instructions in the FAQ for MOCA LAN stats.

Those numbers look good, so it doesn't appear to be a coax problem.
