Hello im a long time member here I have enquired for fios to be installed at my new home question now since the house next to me has it what are the chances of me to get it?. as of right now they have to push the order through engineers to come out and evaluate where the service will be installed also only services ill be getting is phone and internet. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

I think lighting also affects the color of the images. I mean just look how the top image (more yellowish) seems to be a different color then the bottom (more greyish), yet they are the same.

Well the back of the ont is gray which is called the slack tray and the ont it self is like a tanned color he told me they come gray or tanned.

First the of all it was a refurbished one second of all it was yellow ugly and stuck out to much.

It almost looks like he went from a BPON ONT to a GPON ONT too... Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I believe I have the first style ONT (which u pull down the cover) that is BPON, but I'm not sure about the second.

OP, can you post the model numbers from either of your ONT's?

Both onts are capable of gpon just when they installed the first one it was crappy looking,used and stucked out more than the new one they installed.

Well the original tech didn't have a new extra one on the truck so he said if your not sastify make a repair call and have it replaced.
