Checking AT&T Rollover Minutes Online

I can find them on my paper bill but haven't been able to find them online.

Went through the FAQ instructions but they are not showing up anywhere I have looked. Under my plan features list it has an "N" under rollover but the name of the grandfathered plan is "FamilyTalk GSM 850 with Rollover". I am not really worried about that as they show on my monthly bill.

Just would like to see them on my online account.

When I login from this url: »www.wireless.att.com/olam/dashbo···mexecute I can see my rollover minutes on the Account Overview page (the default page that appears after logging in).

Where yours says "Talk-Including rollover minutes" mine just says Talk.

Going to call AT&T just to be sure.

Called AT&T and told her my problem. I explained I could not see the rollovers on the internet site or get them with the *646#.

Also told her that on my plan under Rollover there was an N which would indicate the plan doesn't have them.

I tried to get her to change the N to a Y and see if everything else would come around.

She said she could send me a text message showing I had rollover. Big help.

Going to go by the local AT&T store and see if they can do something about it.

Their back.

Evidently during the billing cycle they do not show for a few days.

Still did not get the "N" removed under the Rollover header.
