<description><![CDATA[deke40 posted : Called AT&T and told her my problem.  I explained I could not see the rollovers on the internet site or get them with the *646#.<br><br>Also told her that on my plan under Rollover there was an N which would indicate the plan doesn't have them.<br><br>I tried to get her to change the N to a Y and see if everything else would come around.<br><br>She said she could send me a text message showing I had rollover.  Big help.<br><br>Going to go by the local AT&T store and see if they can do something about it.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[deke40 posted : I can find them on my paper bill but haven't been able to find them online.<br><br>Went through the FAQ instructions but they are not showing up anywhere I have looked. Under my plan features list it has an "N" under rollover but the name of the grandfathered plan is "FamilyTalk GSM 850 with Rollover".  I am not really worried about that as they show on my monthly bill.<br><br>Just would like to see them on my online account.]]></description>
