| [OS X] Can't capture streaming video
Does anyone have an idea of how the video on this page is constructed - .flv, etc..... ?
None of the video capture tools I use will grab it.

1 edit | That's a brightcove video and they're nearly impossible to download which is the whole point of brightcove. One of the methods I use is to disable flash and change the user agent to iPhone (to get an MP4 version) but the host has to have an MP4 fallback included.
You can try googling how to download brightcove videos to find a method that works on that particular video, but it is always a lengthly PITA process.
JAKSTA for Mac was able to grab it but you really have to want stuff off brightcove to pony up for the $50 license. |
