Thanks, but I'm connected directly to the Sagemcom.
I did try putting it in the half-assed bridge mode and used an external router to do the PPPoE session but the d/l speed plummeted from a solid 25 Mbps to about 5. Screw that.
With my old service I had the modem (SS5242) in bridge mode and did everything with the router. Never had any issues. -- "It's all coming down!!" - Mike Holmes
