While I can access shows via the HBO Go App on my iPad without any issue, when I attempt to connect via my Brighthouse-password-enabled Roku device, which was properly verified, I get the following error when I try to view a program:
"The requested page does not exist. Please browse HBO GO now for all available movies and shows."
Is anyone else seeing a similar message? Thank you.
I found a fix for this issue, in case it happens to anyone else. I had left my Roku player on last night and in a series menu. I tried exiting out of HBO GO, and then I reloaded the program. I was then able to access all of the individual episodes without any problem.
