| [AB] 0.5Mbps upload speed on Internet 50 I signed up for the Internet 50 at the beginning of Dec 2012 and it should have upto 10Mbps upload speed. For the first couple days, the upload speed was extremely fast. Then it dropped to 0.5Mbps after the first couple days. I called tech support, they said they will fix it soon. I called again few days ago, they said they have software issue about the upload speed and will fix it BY THE END OF JAN.
Is that true to take them so long to fix it? |

kudos:15 | Ok the situation has been corrected. If you are in the boat, GPON Optik 50 and you are not getting your speed, you can call tech support and ask tier 2 to open a Topaz escalation.
