I got one to! "Hold on! Your Internet service is about to start flying even higher: Your upload speed will be increasing from 1 Mbps to 2 Mbps Your data usage limit will be increasing from 80 GB to 90 GB On February 1st we will upgrade your High Speed Internet service – at your current rate."
Might explain why I saw 1.9Mbps when I ordered the Windows 8 Digital download.
